Memory care for the whole person

As the caregiver of someone with dementia, it can be hard to balance your loved one’s evolving healthcare needs with the human needs we all share—like meaningful interaction, self expression, and emotional support.

Our memory care households are designed to meet these needs for residents managing dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other cognitive and functional impairments. These households provide comfortable living, stimulating activities, and award-winning care.

*When the award was given, Trillium Place® was called The Mennonite Home.

If your loved one is managing the early stages of dementia, they may be a good fit in one of our personal care households. Our team will help them with reminders about activities, meal times, and personal hygiene, and they’ll enjoy a higher degree of independence in a safe environment.
