The expert help you need along the way

Our rehab team will work with you in a safe and caring environment to help you regain the highest possible level of independent function. We provide rehab to residents of Trillium Place®, Woodcrest Villa, and folks from the wider community referred to us for an inpatient therapy stay.

Therapy Services

We offer three kinds of therapy:

Physical therapy treats a wide range of conditions that affect strength, balance, endurance, and pain management. Many clients are referred to us because they’re recovering from surgery or experiencing difficulty walking, joint pain, dizziness, or decreased energy levels.

Occupational therapy addresses impairments that affect everyday activities like getting around, eating, grooming, bathing, getting dressed, cooking meals, and managing medications. We can work with all areas that limit a person’s daily function.

Speech therapy focuses on three major areas: swallowing (dysphagia), communication, and cognition. Swallowing treatments address weaknesses of the mouth and throat that can affect drinking, chewing, and swallowing. Communication treatments center on speech, language, and voice disorders. Cognition treatment deals with memory and safety deficits.

Facilities designed exclusively for rehab

Our rehab staff provides personalized care at Wissler Run, a separate household on the first floor of Trillium Place. In addition to cozy private and semi-private rooms, Wissler Run features an exercise room to supplement our therapy services. Residents of Woodcrest Villa can receive therapy services in the therapy office, the exercise areas, the Woodcrest Villa swimming pool, or if necessary, in their home.
