When not to visit

If you feel sick, please stay home.

The health of our residents is our top priority, and we ask friends and family who are experiencing symptoms to refrain from visiting. It doesn’t matter whether or not it’s COVID-19—even a normal cold can pose serious risks for many of our residents.

When to visit

If you’re feeling well, we encourage you to visit as often as you like!

There are no limits on how often you visit, how long you visit, or the number of visitors you bring. We do not require you to schedule your visit in advance.

That said, all visits carry risks. You can help us reduce these risks by taking a few basic steps to prevent the spread of germs and disease. If you plan on visiting a loved one, please consider the following:

  • Maintain physical distancing from other residents, visitors, and staff members.
  • Wash your hands with soapy water for at least 20 seconds (or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer) before and after your visit.
  • Sign in at the front desk when you arrive.
  • Read and follow current recommendations posted throughout our campus. These will include the most up-to-date recommendations and status alerts.
